    Nya Hovås in southern Gothenburg will include around 1300 homes, commercial space of around 20 000 square metres and business space offering about 600 new jobs. The aim is to create a living city quarter which is vibrant all year round.Semrén & Månsson is involved in several elements of the project and is currently designing Spektrumhuset with a school, shops and restaurants, and also a residential district for Veiddeke.

    Planning permission has recently been granted for the new Vintergatan district in central Sundbyberg. These residential blocks, with their 91 apartments, are a supplement to the buildings in the older, small scale town centre. When designing this project, we worked with stringently broken volumes and classic materials such as brick, wrought iron and stucco.
