    Kv Tullen 8

    The Tullen block is in a central location on the north side of Stortorget in Kungsbacka. The "Brända Tomten" (or Burnt Site), as it is known, has remained empty since the traditional old timber building "Gamla Gästis" burned down in 2006.     Almedals fabriker

    Semrén & Månsson started work with Almedal's Factories in 2001. The assignment was to clean, refurbish and complete the old industrial area and transform it into an area with a mix of offices and other businesses.     Riksbanken

    The department branch of Riksbanken, with representative bank premises on Hamngatan, was constructed at Hamnkanalen in 1889. The premises underwent extensive renovation over the years until Riksbanken left the building for good in the mid-1990s.     The traditional old Hennigska Huset is situated in the heart of Gothenburg, near to the earlier Kungsporten.     Juvelkvarnen

    The Juvelkvarnen area at the old Eriksberg shipyard is part of the municipality's conservation programme. Semrén & Månsson has been working on this project since the early 2000s, when the mill was shut down and a transformation began, turning the factory into homes.     The authentic wooden buildings around Stortorget in Kungsbacka were supplemented in 1964 with a modern, yellow brick building with large glass panels – the Domus department store.
