    Filmhuset facklan

    The authentic wooden buildings around Stortorget in Kungsbacka were supplemented in 1964 with a modern, yellow brick building with large glass panels – the Domus department store. When Domus moved in the 1980s, the building was renovated and extended so that the Post Office could move in. The building was plastered, and the expanses of glass facing the square were reduced.     At the request of Patriam, Semrén & Månsson has created 36 well-designed apartment, placed on a natural hillside in the middle of the residential district Stocksund, north of Stockholm.     Juvelkvarnen

    The Juvelkvarnen area at the old Eriksberg shipyard is part of the municipality's conservation programme. Semrén & Månsson has been working on this project since the early 2000s, when the mill was shut down and a transformation began, turning the factory into homes.
