    This district is situated in central Norrköping, at the corner of Drottninggatan and Norra Promenaden. The project was preceded by a parallel commission relating to the development of parks and the station area in Norrköping.     Park Ostrowska

    Park Ostrowska is being constructed on a plateau just outside central Szczecin. This area will offer modern, exclusive apartments, a restaurant and a spa. Stage I, comprising 127 apartments, is already complete and most of the apartments are already sold. Semrén & Månsson have been commissioned to design and develop Stages II and III, involving the surrounding land and infrastructure. This commission will involve some 300 apartments in three and four-storey buildings.

    Filmhuset Facklan Interior

    The authentic wooden buildings around Stortorget in Kungsbacka were supplemented in 1964 with a modern, yellow brick building with large glass panels – the Domus department store. When Domus moved in the 1980s, the building was renovated and extended so that the Post Office could move in. The building was plastered, and the expanses of glass facing the square were reduced.     Östra Sannegården

    Östra Sannegården is a newly constructed residential area to the west of Lindholmen. The old quay is now mainly home to condominiums. We designed rented apartments for Familjebostäder in this area. These apartments have an open floor plan, with good contact with the outside world.     Our commission involved finding an appropriate location for Sandrew's new multiplex cinema in Gothenburg.
